At Ken Richardson Knives, each product is handmade with care using natural materials like antler, bone, and high-carbon steel. As a result, no two items are exactly alike — and that's part of what makes them special.
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.
Returns
Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, if your item arrives damaged or you believe you've received the wrong product, we’re here to make it right.
We accept returns or exchanges only if:

The item arrived damaged or defective

The wrong item was shipped
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: knives@kenrichardsonknives.com
Please include your name, order number, and photos of the issue if applicable.
If your return is approved, the item must be shipped back in unused condition, with all original packaging included. You will be responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Refunds may be denied for items that show signs of use or damage not due to our error.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they leave our facility. If your order shows as delivered but is missing, please contact the carrier directly.
