We make every effort to accurately describe our handmade products. However, due to the nature of handcrafted items, each product is one-of-a-kind and will vary in size, color, and shape. All measurements are approximate. Images are representative and may not reflect the exact item you receive.

3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or availability, or violation of these Terms. If your order is canceled, we will notify you and issue a full refund if applicable.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase, and we accept secure payment via third-party processors such as Authorize.net, PayPal, and others.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders within 10 days of the placed order and this timeframe may increase during peak times (hunting season, Christmas, etc.) or holidays. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, if you have an issue with your order, please contact us at knives@kenrichardsonknives.com, and we will do our best to resolve it. Any approved returns must be in unused condition and initiated within 7 days of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including images, text, logos, designs, and product descriptions—is the property of Ken Richardson Knives and may not be used, copied, or distributed without express written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to post or submit any unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate content to the Site. We reserve the right to remove user content or restrict access for any reason.
